• If you are using mobile hotspot for internet connectivity, make sure to seat in place with good connectivity
• Please disable custom settings in your Google Chrome browser and allow cookies in your web browser
• Make sure your system date and time is in sync
• After login, refresh your screen/page around the start time of the test.
• If you are unable to start the test after logging in, please clear the cache & retry
• If you can't share your screen, check for pop-up blockers, check for webcam and microphone permissions from browser
• Please take photo of the id using the webcam if you face difficulty in uploading the id
